While the app can only be accessed by users who have been invited by St. Jude, we still wanted to welcome all potential caregivers with a friendly welcome screen and a simple interface.
Once a user's identity has been confirmed, we provide a bit more context and user them into the app.
As a new caregiver, it may be difficult to figure out what you don't know, so we've provided entry points to high-level, relevant information.
We designed the travel itinerary screen with the infrequent traveler in mind. It's pre-populated with major touchpoints, tips for traveling with a child who needs special care and more. We also re-emphasized the contact option on this screen to make help easy to find.

Once a child makes it to the campus, the travel itinerary is replaced by a schedule which displays medical appointment times and locations, transportation and food options as well as medication and NPO status reminders.
